Is VyrlOne a talent agency?+
No. VyrlOne is a technology platform, not a talent agency.
We don't represent creators, manage campaigns on behalf of brands or creators, or take a commission on collaboration deals. Instead, we provide the tools both sides need to manage collaborations independently, from creator discovery and applications to negotiations, digital contracts, content approvals, and payments.
Brands remain in control of their campaigns, while creators retain the freedom to choose the collaborations they want to pursue. VyrlOne streamlines the entire process through a single platform, reducing the need for scattered emails, spreadsheets, and manual follow-ups.
We don't act as the middleman. We provide the technology that makes brand–creator collaborations simpler, more transparent, and easier to manage.
How is VyrlOne different from other influencer marketing platforms?+
Many influencer marketing platforms focus primarily on creator discovery, leaving brands and creators to coordinate contracts, deadlines, content approvals, and payments across multiple tools.

What types of creators does VyrlOne focus on?+
VyrlOne is designed with a strong focus on nano creators (1K–10K followers) and micro creators (10K–100K followers), while helping brands find creators who align with their campaign objectives, target audience, and content requirements.
These creators can offer brands a more focused way to connect with niche communities and build authentic audience relationships. Their effectiveness depends on factors such as audience relevance, engagement quality, content style, and campaign fit—not just follower count.
For brands, VyrlOne makes it easier to discover relevant creators and manage collaborations through a structured workflow. For creators, it provides a platform to showcase their work, apply for campaigns, and build professional relationships with brands.

Which platforms and campaign formats does VyrlOne support?+
VyrlOne supports creator collaborations across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, with campaign formats tailored to different brand objectives and content requirements.
Depending on the campaign, brands can specify the platform and deliverables they need, such as Instagram Reels and Stories, YouTube Shorts, Facebook content, and other agreed UGC deliverables.
Beyond social media content, VyrlOne also supports specialised collaboration options, including:
- Amazon review campaigns: For eligible campaigns involving product reviews, subject to applicable marketplace policies.
- Offline store visits and reviews: For brands looking to drive in-person experiences, local visibility, and store-related content.
When creating a campaign, brands can outline their preferred platforms, content formats, deliverables, and deadlines so creators understand the requirements before applying.

How do brands find the right creators?+
Two ways: post a campaign and review the creators who apply, or search the Explore directory yourself and filter verified creators by niche, platform, follower range, city, and gender. Creator follower and engagement data comes directly from Meta and Google APIs.
What are the platform fees?+
Brands subscribe from ₹8K/month (Starter), ₹15K/month (Growth), or ₹25K/month (Advance), plus 18% GST. Creators get a Free plan for up to 6 months with 10 campaign applications/month, or Pro at ₹399/month for 25 applications/month, a premium badge, and a 1-on-1 profile audit. A 10% platform fee (plus GST) is deducted from creator payouts on completed campaigns.
Is there a minimum audience size for creators?+
There's no platform-wide minimum. Any creator who completes their profile and DigiLocker verification can join. Brands can set a minimum follower count on individual campaigns, and only creators who meet it can apply.
Is VyrlOne available outside India?+
Not yet. VyrlOne currently serves brands and creators in India — payments are in INR, creators verify with Aadhaar and PAN via DigiLocker, and invoices include Indian GST and TDS.
How are payments handled?+
Brands add funds to their VyrlOne wallet and the agreed amount is locked in escrow when the contract is signed. Once the brand approves the content, the payment is released to the creator's wallet within 7 days, after the platform fee and applicable TDS. Creators then withdraw to their verified bank account. All payments run on Cashfree in INR — UPI, cards, netbanking, and wallets.
Is there a free plan?+
Yes. Brands get a free first month to set up their profile and explore VyrlOne before subscribing. Creators get a Free plan for up to 6 months with 10 campaign applications per month, and can upgrade to Pro for more.

How do I find the right creator for my brand?+
Finding the right creator on VyrlOne is simple. You can choose from two flexible approaches, depending on how you prefer to run your campaigns.
Option 1: Post a campaign and let creators come to you.
Create a campaign brief outlining your requirements, including creator niche, preferred platform, content format, budget, and deadlines. Interested creators can apply with their profiles and introductory videos. Review applications, compare creators, shortlist your favourites, and select the ones who best align with your brand and campaign goals.
Option 2: Discover and invite creators directly.
Explore VyrlOne's creator directory and use filters such as category, follower range, platform, city, language, and profile tags to narrow your search. Found someone who fits your brand? Send them a direct collaboration invitation using the Invite button on their profile.

Do I need to draft my own contract for every collaboration?+
Not at all. VyrlOne simplifies the contracting process with five pre-built contract templates designed for different types of brand-creator collaborations, including product reviews, sponsored content, long-term ambassador partnerships, UGC licensing, and event-based collaborations.
Simply choose the template that suits your campaign, customise the essential terms — such as deliverables, deadlines, payment, content usage rights, and other agreed conditions — and send the contract to the creator for digital signing, all within the platform.
Once both parties have signed, the agreement becomes legally binding, subject to applicable law and its terms.
No drafting contracts from scratch, no endless document exchanges, and fewer misunderstandings about what was agreed upon. VyrlOne helps both parties start every collaboration with clear expectations and documented commitments.
What happens if a creator ghosts or fails to deliver?+
We understand how frustrating it is to invest in a creator collaboration only to be left waiting for content. That's why VyrlOne's Ghost Protection framework is designed to introduce accountability into the collaboration process.
Every collaboration follows agreed deadlines, helping both parties stay aligned on deliverables and timelines. Creators can request one extension, subject to the platform's applicable process. If a creator misses the extended deadline without delivering the agreed content or returning the product, the collaboration may be automatically cancelled in accordance with the platform's policies.
Under the applicable Ghost Protection terms, eligible brands receive 50% of the product cost back in these circumstances.
Additionally, DigiLocker-based identity verification creates an extra layer of accountability by helping establish the creator's identity.
While no system can eliminate every instance of non-delivery, VyrlOne is built to reduce uncertainty, establish clear expectations, and provide defined safeguards when things go wrong.
Can I run multiple campaigns at the same time?+
Absolutely! VyrlOne is built to help brands manage multiple creator campaigns without juggling spreadsheets, scattered messages, and disconnected workflows.
You can launch separate campaigns for different products, audiences, platforms, or creator niches and manage them from a single brand dashboard.
Each campaign has its own workflow for applications, creator selection, contracts, content submissions, approvals, and payment tracking. This makes it easier to monitor progress, manage deadlines, and keep every collaboration organised.

Who owns the content created during a collaboration?+
Content ownership and usage rights are agreed upon upfront and documented in the digital contract, so both the brand and creator understand how the content can be used.
Depending on the agreement, you can specify the permitted platforms, usage duration, advertising rights, distribution channels, and other relevant conditions. For example, your contract could grant your brand permission to use a creator's video in Instagram advertisements for three months, or establish broader usage rights for other marketing activities.
The creator reviews and agrees to the terms before the collaboration proceeds, helping minimise confusion and potential disputes later.
VyrlOne does not automatically claim ownership of creator content. Ownership and licensing rights are governed by the applicable contract and the rights agreed upon by the parties.

Do creators need to pay a subscription?+
No! Registering on VyrlOne and creating your creator profile is completely free. Every creator gets 10 free campaign applications every month, so you can start discovering and applying for brand collaborations without paying a subscription fee.
Once you sign up, your profile goes through our verification process (Aadhaar + PAN). After successful verification, your profile goes live and becomes discoverable by brands.

How do I apply for campaigns on VyrlOne?+
Once you've registered on VyrlOne and completed your DigiLocker-based identity verification, you can explore open campaigns from brands looking for creators like you. Found a campaign that matches your niche and content style? Simply submit your application with a short introduction or video highlighting your creativity, audience, and why you're the right fit for the collaboration.
No cold emails, endless DMs, or chasing brands for replies. Everything happens in one place. Brands review applications and shortlist creators based on their campaign requirements. If you're shortlisted, you'll receive a notification and can discuss the collaboration directly on the platform. You'll have the opportunity to review and agree on the campaign terms before a contract is finalised.

When and how do I get paid on VyrlOne?+
At VyrlOne, we believe creators deserve transparent terms and reliable payments. That's why our payment process is designed around escrow protection.
Here's how it works:
- Agree on the terms: You and the brand finalise the deliverables, payment amount, timelines, and other campaign terms.
- Sign the contract: The agreed terms are documented in a digital contract.
- Funds are secured: The brand deposits the agreed payment into VyrlOne's designated escrow arrangement, subject to the applicable payment terms.
- Create and submit content: You complete the campaign deliverables and submit your content for the brand's review.
- Get paid: Once the brand approves your content, the payment is released to your account within 7 days.
If an approval or payment issue arises, VyrlOne can help facilitate resolution in accordance with the campaign contract and platform policies.

What is the Pro Creator Plan, and what benefits does it offer?+
The Pro Creator Plan is VyrlOne's premium subscription for creators who want to apply for more campaigns, strengthen their profiles, and maximise their opportunities to collaborate with brands.
Every creator can register for free and apply to 10 campaigns per month. If you want to do more, you can upgrade to Pro for ₹399 per month and unlock:
