Run the automation on a single post, or on any post and reel on the connected account.
The same keyword can answer people who reply to your stories, inside the 24-hour messaging window.
Add a few comment replies. VyrlOne picks one at random so the thread does not look copied.
Ask people to follow you first. They get the link after they confirm they followed.
Pause or delete an automation any time, and unlink Instagram from Auto DM whenever you want.
Link an Instagram professional account from your profile and allow comment and message access. You can unlink it later from edit profile.
Start from a template or a blank automation. Set the keyword, the DM, and an optional link button.
Activate the automation. VyrlOne sends the DM when someone comments or replies with that keyword.

For creators who want Auto DM on every post.
How keyword comments and story replies become a DM, what each plan includes, and how to pause or unlink Instagram.
Auto DM sends an Instagram direct message for you when someone uses a keyword you choose.
You write the keyword, the message, and an optional link button. VyrlOne watches the connected account and sends that message as soon as the keyword matches. You can run it on comments, on story replies, or both, and you can start from a template or a blank automation.
A comment automation can listen to every post and reel, or to one post you pick. You can also add a few public replies. VyrlOne chooses one at random for each comment so the thread does not look copied.
You set the rule once. The DM goes out when you are offline.
A professional Instagram account — Creator or Business — connected with Instagram Login.
A personal account cannot grant the access Auto DM needs. During connect, allow VyrlOne to read comments and send messages. If an older connection is missing those permissions, reconnect Instagram from Profile → Social.
You can unlink Instagram from edit profile whenever you want. Automations stay saved, and sending stops until you connect again.
Auto DM is included in a live creator plan. It does not run on its own, and it stays off if the plan has expired.
Paused automations do not count toward the active limit. You can keep drafts and switch one on when you have a free slot.
Add the words people already type, such as “link”, “price”, or “details”. Matching is not case-sensitive, so “LINK” and “link” are the same keyword.
By default, the keyword can appear anywhere in the comment or story reply. Turn on exact match if the whole comment must be only that word.
You can use up to 10 keywords on one automation. Each person receives that automation’s DM once, even if they comment the keyword again.
Yes. A story-reply automation listens to replies on all of your stories. You do not pick a single story.
When the reply contains your keyword, VyrlOne sends the DM as a normal Instagram message. Instagram only allows that send while its messaging window is still open, which is about 24 hours after the reply.
Story replies cannot get a public comment reply. Use a comment automation when you also want a reply under the post.
Yes. Turn on “followers only” for that automation.
Someone who is not following you gets a short message asking them to follow, with an “I followed” button. When they tap it, VyrlOne checks again and sends your DM if they follow you. People who already follow you get the DM right away.
On Free, Auto DM stops new sends after 500 successful DMs in that calendar month. Comments and story replies can still arrive. They just do not get a message until the counter resets at the start of the next month.
Failed sends and people still waiting on the follow button do not use up the 500. Pro has no monthly cap.
The Auto DM page shows how many DMs you have sent this month, and each automation has its own list of sends, including failures.
Yes. Pause an automation to stop it without deleting the keyword or the message. Delete it if you do not want it anymore. Deleting cannot be undone.
Unlink Instagram from the Auto DM page when you want to revoke access. Sending stops immediately. Your automations remain in the account, and you can connect the same professional account again later.
You can also remove VyrlOne from Instagram’s own app settings.
